Returns

Brod & Taylor wants to ensure your enjoyment and satisfaction with all products you order. That is why we have a 100% guarantee so that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product you ordered from us, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of the original purchase price less shipping.

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in new or like-new condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. Items returned with visible signs of use may incur a 20% restocking fee. Please note that items that arrive damaged, heavily used, or not in their original condition/packaging are not eligible for a refund. Products returned in damaged or non-functional condition will not be refunded or returned to the customer. To prevent damage in transit, please ensure your item is packaged securely and protected during shipping.

For returns outside of the USA, please contact us. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Brød & Taylor Dough Sheeter: These items can only be returned if they are in new, unused condition and all original packaging is intact. Returns that arrive without original packaging, or that are not in new condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Bannetons: For food safety and hygiene reasons, bannetons must be unused and unwashed to be eligible for return. Bannetons are designed to come into direct contact with dough, and once used, they cannot be accepted as a return. Banneton returns will not be accepted if there are any signs of use, including but not limited to flour residue, dough contact, washing, moisture exposure, or odor.
