Brod & Taylor wants to ensure your enjoyment and satisfaction with all products you order. That is why we have a 100% guarantee so that if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any product you order from Brod & Taylor just send it back within 30 days for a full refund* – no questions asked.

Please inspect your order upon reception and use the form below if any items are defective, damaged or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

*Returned items must be sent in their original packaging and in “new/like new” condition. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. At your request, we can provide return labels, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund. Damaged or used items may be subject to a restocking fee.
